Banana & Chia Seed Yoghurt

Ingredients:

Approximately 3 tbsp of yoghurt

Approximately 1/2 a tbsp of chia seeds

1 chopped banana

1 tsp of honey

Method:

1) Put banana, followed by yoghurt, into a bowl

2) Put chia seeds, followed by honey, on top of the yoghurt

3) Stir

5) Enjoy! ‘Cept that’s not really a step…
